Non standard doors less than 260mm wide & drawer fronts less than 130mm high, have no inside rout.
Drawer front shapes will be routed on items up to 250mm high. Door inset shapes on any size above.
Doors 1735mm high & above have a top and bottom panel, excluding Roma, Geneva & Vienna.
Doors less than 1735mm high will have one panel, unless otherwise stated.
Millennium door style drawer fronts have no inside rout up to 250mm.
Millennium range, fretted & angled doors are not available in this range.

Framed Doors

	A mitre frame door with a 15 mm centre panel. The frame is foil wrapped MDF in a reeded design similar to a pilaster. 	A mitre frame door with a 15 mm centre panel. The frame is foil wrapped MDF in a design reminiscent of the raised & fielded effect used on solid wood doors. 70 x 23.5 mm frame 15 mm centre panel			These can be ordered as individual door ranges. We recommend the use of 80mm for doors and 60mm for drawers. This gives the advantage of a very solid door frame but does not give the problems of fitting handles to drawers where the centre panel is too small. 60 x 24 mm / 80 x 25mm frame 8 mm centre panel

	A traditional shaker door made with an 8 mm centre panel and foil wrapped MDF frame. The joints are butt-jointed rather than mitred with 1 mm PVC applied to the ends of the stiles. 72 x 21 mm frame 8 mm centre panel			A variation on the traditional shaker look with a wider rounded look to the vertical stile. Made with an 8 mm centre panel surrounded by a butt-jointed frame and PVC end capping applied to the stiles. 80 x 25 mm frame 8 mm centre panel

This is our least expensive mitre framed door and is used mostly for bedroom applications. The foil wrapped frame features a flat face like the traditional shaker door (Shaker 1). Made using an 8 mm centre panel.
