• One model for light to medium weight internal doors Door thickness 40-44 mm, Maximum door height normally 2.1 m, Maximum door width normally 850 mm, Maximum panel weight 75 kg • Important note: Cannot be used on doors hung on parliament, projecting, rising or falling butt hinges • Unhanded • Suitable for use on doors with shaped heads where surface mounted closer cannot be accommodated • Distance between centres of the fixing plates must not exceed 45 mm in order to allow door to open through 180° • Features Unit is concealed within door and frame, only the brass chains and face plates are exposed when door opens. The sealed hydraulic unit closes the door at a controlled speed with adjustable latch/stop action The main body normally fits into the door but this can be reversed where required for narrow stile doors when the hydraulic housing can be let into the frame/wall • Installation One unit per door sited midway position within 300 mm of a hinge, doors must be hung plumb. Fitting instructions and template supplied with each set. • Fire tests Perkomatic unit included in successful 1/2 hour fire door test by the Warrington Research Centre to BS476 Part 22 • Durability Designed and tested to 500,000 closing cycles
